Jorge Garavaglia is an industrial engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Throughout his career, he has held executive positions in companies such as Iberdrola, Suez Energy, Pampa Energía and Odebrecht.
In addition, he served as Director of Biofuels in the Secretariat of Energy of the Ministry of Economy during the end of the government of Mauricio Macri and the first months of the administration of Alberto Fernández.
In 2024, he was appointed head of CAMMESA, the company that manages the wholesale electricity market in Argentina.
His extensive career in the energy sector and his participation in key roles within the public administration and private companies position him as a relevant figure in the Argentine and international energy field.
