Alejandro Cosentino is a leader in technological innovation with more than 20 years of experience in the creation and management of disruptive solutions in key sectors. He has worked in companies such as American Express and Santander, and is the founder of Afluenta, the first collaborative financing platform in Latin America. In American Express, he led strategies for commercial development and expansion of financial products, optimizing operational efficiency and user experience. Later, at Santander, he expanded his expertise in traditional banking, promoting initiatives to strengthen the offer of financial services to corporate and retail clients.
In 2012, he founded Afluenta, revolutionizing access to credit through the marketplace lending, eliminating intermediaries and completely digitizing the financial ecosystem. Its impact on fintech gave it multiple recognitions and consolidated its leadership in the region.
Cosentino has been an advocate of the strategic use of technology, promoting innovative business models in highly regulated sectors. Currently, he is focusing his experience on the development of sustainable fuels for aviation (SAF), applying his knowledge in regulation and technology to optimize the implementation and scalability of these models.
